The QBFG Academy training model is divided into four successive levels of training. Each phase of training is closely monitored by our coaching staff. We want to ensure that you have command of the mechanics and skills that are taught, before advancing to the next training level. This coaching philosophy allows us to really mold and fine-tune our QB partners into highly efficient quarterbacks.
Completion through all four levels earns you QBFG's elite commendation of 4-Star General. The 4-Star General will possess all the necessary tools to lead his team, execute the game plan with exactness, and methodically move his team down the field to GET 6!
LEVEL 1 - QUARTERBACK BOOT CAMP
Boot Camp is a 2-day, high-intensive, basic training camp where you learn the basic fundamentals of quarterback play. Stance, footwork, drops, throwing mechanics, and an introduction to leadership skills.
Completion of QBFG Academy's Boot Camp earns you the level 1 title of Brigadier General.

LEVEL 2 - INTERMEDIATE CORE TRAINING
Intermediate core training utilizes the skills acquired in boot camp, but with a stronger empahsis in core drill work. We bring together the drop, footwork, running, and throwing mechanics into cohesion.
A segment of camp is dedicated to leadership training. You will learn leadership skills used by highly successful leaders, from all walks of life. Completion of I.C.T Camp will earn you the level 2 title of Major General.

LEVEL 3 - ADVANCED FIELD TRAINING
This advanced training module incorporates all the skills acquired in Boot Camp and IC training. Time will be spent in video study to learn pre-snap and post-snap reads, analyzing defenses, and how to defeat coverages and blitzes.
Field time will be spent drilling in "game tempo". Game tempo prepares you for game-like situations. We get you comfortable, being uncomfortable. Completion of A.F.T Camp will earn you the level 3 title of Lieutenant General.

LEVEL 4 - OFFCON 6 (OC-6)
OC-6 is the abbreviation OFFCON-6, which stands for "Offensive Condition-Get 6". This is the condition of urgency you need to be in when you step on to the gridiron battle field!
To accomplish your objectives, you need someone to push your limits. Someone who will work you like you've never been worked, to prepare you to be battle-ready!
OFFCON 6 provides 1-on-1 personal training to refine all the skills you acquired through levels 1, 2 & 3.

SPECIAL OPS TRAINING
Special Ops training is a 1-day quarterback training session designed for advanced quarterbacks.
Specialized training in quarterback movement & mobility, pocket awareness & agility, reaction & response to pressure, quick decision-making exercises and accuracy drills. Each drill has an element of "mayhem" attached to it, to have you performing each rep under duress. Our goal is to make you comfortable, being uncomfortable.

JR. FIELD GENERAL BASIC TRAINING
Learn to play the quarterback position the right way from an early age. If it's your desire to play this phenomenal position, then it is imperative that you learn the basic mechanics of quarterback play.
Kids learn proper quarterback stance, footwork, drop mechanics, proper ball grip, throwing motion and pocket presence .... and most importantly, leadership skills.

LEADERSHIP ALLIANCE COURSE
The leadership alliance course is QBFG Academy's leader development training for our field generals. 3 hour course, learning leadership skills, how to take responsibility, how to positively influence and motivate others.
